5-Minute Stout Hot Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup stout beer
  • ¼ cup corn syrup
  • ⅓ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Add butter, stout, corn syrup to a saucepan and bring to a boil. 
  2. Turn off the heat, add chocolate chips and stir or whisk until chocolate is completely melted. 
  3. Cool slightly before using or refrigerate up to 4 days in a jar or airtight container. 
  4. To re-heat, slowly warm in a saucepan or in 30-second intervals in a microwave.
