Weekly Meal Plan | April 13-18
In an effort to be helpful to all of my readers, I am publishing my personal weekly menu ideas. It's a sneak peek into what I cook for myself at home.
For the whole of 2020, I have been inspired by my friend Nichole at Casa de Crews to create, make and stick to a weekly menu plan. Most weeks I have media dinners and am traveling, so I only cook 4 out of 7 nights a week. Due to the current restrictions of travel and eating out at restaurants, I am happily ready to cook every meal at home and share the fruits of my labor with you, dear reader.
If you need help figuring out what groceries to buy, here is a comprehensive well-stocked pantry list. It includes non-perishables, refrigerated and frozen food columns.
Below is a tentative weekly meal dinner plan. I have a LOT of leftovers from last week and from Easter Sunday, so I'll be playing this week by pig's ear (have you ever eaten one of those??) I left Saturday open. Not because I am fresh out of ideas, but because depending on finances, I may order takeout or make a casserole from all of the leftovers.
Follow me on social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) to see how I spend my days and get new recipes AND new cooking instruction videos!
