Private classes available for individuals and families up to 12; Catering for parties up to 40.
Whether you want cooking tips on baking, holiday, special occasion cooking, regional cuisine, or something that you just haven't been able to master yet, Chef Nikki Miller-Ka will design a theme and menu for your class and make it a fun, memorable event.

How It Works
The class fee includes kitchen consultation, menu planning, shopping, hands-on OR demonstration cooking instruction and clean-up. For a 90-minute class, you get to pick 4 recipes (2 entrees and two sides or 1 soup/salad, entree, side, dessert), there is complimentary wine or beer and a handmade booklet of class recipes to keep.
Where You're Cooking It
Let me come to you! Classes can be held in any kitchen in the Triad area.
Additional traveling costs may apply depending on your distance from Winston-Salem. When you sign up for a class, you will receive a detailed questionnaire to help me learn more about you, your party, your kitchen and equipment.
What You're Cooking
You can choose from a variety of sample menus by theme or have the recipes tailored to your individual tastes and instructional needs. Look at the most popular options HERE
What You're Paying
Each class costs a flat fee per person plus groceries. A minimum of six people are required to conduct a class. Additional costs may apply if your menu choices require specialty ingredients.
